Welcome to Influencer-Rate-Card.com, a platform provided by Match Networks UG (Haftungsbeschränkt). By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally enforceable agreement governing your use of our services.
We provide a digital infrastructure that enables influencers and brands to assess rate cards, initiate collaborations, and manage campaign-related transactions. Our services, including but not limited to consultation, data aggregation, and marketplace functionality, are subject to change, modification, suspension, or termination at our sole discretion without prior notice.
By registering an account, you affirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Unauthorized access or usage by third parties, whether intentional or accidental, is strictly prohibited, and we shall not be held liable for any resulting losses.
You retain all ownership rights to any Content you upload. By submitting or posting Content on our Platform, you grant Match Networks UG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such Content for purposes of operating and promoting the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all required rights to the Content you provide and that its use does not violate any third-party rights.
All proprietary elements, including but not limited to website design, logos, content, and software, are the exclusive property of Match Networks UG and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their original content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for service-related purposes.
All financial transactions, including service fees and commissions, must be processed through approved payment methods. Users acknowledge that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy. Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date, and failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the claim.
Our platform may interface with third-party applications, including but not limited to payment processors, social media platforms, and analytics providers. We bear no responsibility for the policies, practices, or data handling of such third parties and advise users to review their respective terms before engaging with them.
We endeavor to maintain high availability of our platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events may result in temporary service disruptions, for which we shall not be held liable.
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MATCH NETWORKS UG DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Users assume full responsibility for their reliance on any information, tools, or materials provided on our platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Match Networks UG, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your Content; or (c) your use of the Services.
All disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any legal action shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts of Düsseldorf. Users expressly waive any objections based on jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenient forum.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, in cases of violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Any termination shall not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Match Networks UG may assign or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, to any successor or affiliate without notice to you.
Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, governmental actions, or failures of telecommunications or utilities.

If you send us any suggestions, comments, or feedback (“Feedback”) regarding the Platform or Services, you agree that Match Networks UG has a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and commercialize any such Feedback in any manner.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Services.
We may provide notices under these Terms by posting them on the Platform or emailing you at the address you provided. For any legal notice from you to us, please send it to business@matchnetworks.de. Notice is effective when received.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Match Networks UG regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right.
